CHOUMI is not yet selling. The wording below is a working draft and must be reviewed before the shop opens.
Shipping is free on orders over $75, and $6 otherwise, within the United States.
Orders are packed by hand, so allow a little time before dispatch. Once your parcel is on its way you can follow it from track my order.
Return window, condition requirements, who pays return postage, and how refunds are issued are still to be decided.
When you buy something we hold your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered — so we can send it to you and help if something goes wrong.
We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe.
If you join our mailing list we keep your email address and the date you joined, and we share it with our email provider so we can write to you. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
Data retention periods, third-country transfers, and how to request deletion still need to be written properly.
To be written before launch.
